Portside Fitness exists for one reason: to improve the quality of life for anyone that walks through our doors.

It just so happens that teaching people to do awesome things like pull-ups, power cleans, rowing or proper squats leads to that improvement. Not to mention the whole time we are having fun, meeting new people, sharing experiences, and telling stories..

Description and Role:

We're looking for a self-motivated, highly energetic professional who understands the needs for a wide range of people, from clients who want to lose weight to those who are building muscle for athletic pursuits. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports, fitness, working with both men and women. Your role will be but not limited to coaching group classes and creating workouts for 1:1 to 1:3/4 clients.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • CrossFit Level 1 (preferred)

  • Personal Training or Group Certified

  • Willingness to Learn

  • Good with Technology

  • Flexible

WORK SCHEDULE:

Willing to be flexible with times and days.

Hours include: 5am-10am Preferred.

SALARY:

Pay is based on $15 per class and commission based of number of clients
